How was the first one not a penalty? Sure, it wasn't intentional but he blocked the shot in the box, so it has to go on the spot.
Not intentional, he's RIGHT THERE, he's going to ground for the block. Never a penalty in my mind. There's this school of thought that says every hand ball in the box is a penalty no matter what and I just can't agree with that.
