Don't let the 5 teams in the last 8 of both European competitions fool you or anything! Bayern probably are the 3rd best team in the world so this really was a very close tie, bookies had it going to extra time tonight and they were right, its hardly a "shock" result or anything. Would be pretty short sighted to mock 2 teams who've made the last 4 two years and five years on the bounce, they might not be untouchable but they're far and away consistently the best.
This is less a Barca/Madrid thing than it is EPL vs. La Liga on the whole thing. I'm mostly just mocking Revenus, anyway.
I seem to remember when it was all set up for an England vs. England final, our league made it happen! :D
