Reminds me of when I went to church for the first time in a year. This was about 6 months ago.
Same scenario pretty much. Guy pulls the gun. Says "If there's a god, he'll save this girl." But before he pulls the trigger, he's struck by lightning. The day is of course clear outside. Guy's last words were "just...a...coincidence..."
