Seems a little silly to have something like that when you can just lay the headphones on something and take up less space.
Sure, if you're using $20 headphones. But I've got pairs that range from $60 to $1700 so, ya know. Laying headphones down is not good for them - especially because they can get knocked around, etc. Plus I don't want them scuffed.
EDIT: Also, the stand takes up less desk space than if I laid my headphones down.
