How the hell has shin megami tensei not been mentioned yet. Literally every mythology you can think of is in the games. Nocturne a bit more on Greek.
Wasn't sure if MegaTen games would count but if they do then the characters main personas in Persona 3 are all based on Greek gods and goddesses (except for Caesar).
