Touched: Steals two Game Boys and drops them in a sewer. When the Sewer King asks which systems were him, he takes them both as well as a brand-new DS. Develops DS games, becomes richer. Alright, maybe a villain here, but not much of one. Also not a very bright one as he probably could have just bought the systems anyway.
Smooth Moves: OM NOM NOM WARIO EATING CAKE. TINY CREATURE STEAL CAKE. WARIO CHASE, FIND MAGIC ARTIFACT, MAKE MORE GAMES BASED ON MAGIC ARTIFACT. ...Stole it again, but those creatures started it by stealing his cake and then leading him right to the artifact. I'd argue it as neutral. He was perfectly content to just do nothing until provoked.
Snapped: Opens his own theme park. Not an evil theme park or anything, just a theme park.
D.I.Y.: Half of his employees have quit his company for a rival one and he has to hire more people to replace them. Still not evil.
64 DS: Crashes the party, but so does Luigi. Helps defeat Bowser. Arguably a hero here as he's no worse than Luigi.
Yoshi's Island DS: Baby Wario. Like Baby Mario, only greedier and with a magnet to grab coins. Neutral at worst.
Master of Disguise: Watches a TV show about a master thief, becomes jealous, invents something that allows him to enter TV shows and steals the thief's magic wand. Goes on adventure. I...does stealing things from fictional characters (I mean fiction within fiction or..my head hurts) count as evil? I guess. It's weird as all hell though.
Brawl: Villain, but has a face-turn and joins the heroes in time for the final battle against the true enemy. I count it as a villain appearance, but he does help save the world--AGAIN--so others may disagree.
