Batman defeats any normal human, including Hawkeye, except for people like Lady Shiva or Karate Kid (the DC Comics Karate Kid, not the movie).
If they fought 100 times. Hawkeye would win all 100 of them.
Hawkeye is able to defeat (not kill, but stop) Hulk. Let's see Batman do that.
