Batman is able to defeat (not kill, but stop) Superman. Let's see Hawkeye do that.
Anyone can defeat (not kill, but stop) Superman when holding a piece of kryptonite. There's a reason why Superman constantly has trouble battling a bald headed, powerless moron. Hawkeye stopped a super strong monster who does NOT have that glaring weakness.
Hawkeye PROBABLY would beat Batman (his pinpoint accuracy alone should be able to finish Batman with 1 arrow). Heroes like Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, etc would do it without any issue.
