Batman's whole deal is "finding a way". He'd lose to just about anyone in their first encounter with no planning. Taking planning away from Batman is like saying "Well, anyone could beat spiderman, just take away his webs and his spidey-sense and he doesn't stand a chance"

I don't know much at all about Hawkeye, and the resident "knows everything about comics" guy is questioning when Hawkeye beat Hulk, but sure, attack me, don't answer the question.

I'm not attacking you. I'm giving you the legit reason. Batman only "beat" Superman because Superman gave him (as a friend) the ability to beat him should the need ever arise. That doesn't happen, Bats doesn't win if he could plan for 1,000 years. Hawkeye however straight up was able to defeat Hulk.

Also, I'm glad you brought up Spiderman and "spider sense". I don't think Batman could ever beat Spiderman, because you really can't plan for the Spider Sense, even if you know it is there.
