Honestly this should be a lot lower now that I think about it. I suppose I let my love for Jiggz overshadow how bad this version is.
As if nerfing Rest to hell wasn’t bad enough, Jigglypuff’s costumes in Brawl are nowhere near as good as Melee’s Ninjapuff.
