I'd like to think that the typical parent is going to look at something with a "U" added to the title as something different, same as something with a "360" or a "2" added to the title. I mean, just by virtue of the name being different at all should, you know, mean SOMETHING.
Or, they're going to do what most parents do when their kids ask for something:
Go to the store.
"I'd like the new Nintendo."
