Uh... I don't think anyone was arguing in favor of that. How the hell can all the citizens of the United States get free healthcare? Where is all the money that would cost supposed to come from?
He meant single-payer, ie government destroying the private sector incentivized healthcare industry so we all have mediocre coverage
