Well, if she fails to do her duties, that's a problem. But not one you should be handling. It's a problem her manager should be handling.
Boss/Daddy doesn't care. That has been made clear. I felt it necessary to voice to him her lack of work ethic.
She is going to be in for a rude awakening when she has to get her first real job.
Maybe. Or maybe she'll take it more seriously when she doesn't have the comfort of her father being her boss. People handle different situations differently.
