Um. If I was working at $16/hours or something and this girl was doing this and getting paid the same, I would definitely speak up. I don't know what world you live in, Vlado, but if you actually care about your job, you will speak up about issues within it.
WTF? It's not your decision who gets paid what. And how exactly is that "an issue"? It neither concerns you, nor are you in a position to determine whether it harms the company as a whole (that would be the boss).
