Ulti, I guess I did play devil's advocate a bit in the beginning of the topic, as I made it clear that screwing around is acceptable only if you actually get your work done at the end of the day, which doesn't seem to be the case for this girl.
However, my main problem is actually talking to your boss behind someone's back. That's really dishonest.
