Well the results from working hard (or working smart as it applies) tend to be better than not. So if you produce a certain level of results it is reasonable to expect that those can be improved if you increase your productivity. If you have to do a ton of different things while getting results to sustain the results then you probably do in fact have A.D.D. Nothing really wrong with that, just kind of stating the obvious though. If you don't have to be doing those things, then you are decreasing your potential results.

I don't know, dude, sometimes you need to catch a breath before you can continue working. If you're not allowed to do that, I believe you'll do worse. Refusing the employee that right is a recipe for failure, if you ask me, as opposed to getting even better results from him/her. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

lol, GS, Drake directly called out Butz, who supported SBell's action. Care to apply simple logic, please?

And Tim called out SBell on whining in this thread for hours, while at work, that actually someone else wasn't being productive. After taking the time to journal their activities, no less. Yeah, sure sounds like he doesn't agree with SBell simply out of spite.

The latter IS 100% correct about you and me, however.
