No
But using it costs nothing, it has an infinite number of uses, and (at 12 players) he can prevent any three people from attacking him while nothing stops him from attacking them. Doesn't this leave him completely immortal unless he's lynched by at least four people?
Uh..... theres no lynching, someone can attack him at any time.
