It's happened a couple of times with me against Ken where it's just completely awful because it didn't seem like he had any lag. Fireballs would randomly appear in front of me and whenever I tried to jump pre-emptively I would just get tatsu'd out of the air. Not much fun when that happens. Shine we should play a few matches later, who do you use?
