as usual i want to nominate malazan characters but i would prolly be the only one arguing for them so meh
Besides most are pretty vague powerwise. Dassem Ultor with Vengeance should theoretically be unstoppable. Pretty sure there's no way to kill Icarium either, except running away until he forgets he's attacking you i guess
