1.) Don't bother selling it as you won't get much anyway. Hold onto it like I will.

3.) As Santa pointed out, fountains are a great solution. Otherwise, try experimenting. Put the water in a regular bowl somewhere else and watch as the cats may just think they're slick and drink from it.
