Asuna with Negi's help was able to land a blow on the Lifemaker who just wrecked Evangeline, Rakan and the rest of Ala Rubra. But the Lifemaker may or may not have let her hit him. Asuna has some degree of reality manipulation now. Maybe. She could use the Great Grand Master Key to send Kizaru's soul into an alternate universe. Probably. If the battle takes place in the Magic World where Asuna can use her full powers, she could just drop Kizaru on Mars.
