The doctor was softbanned in the nom process, pretty sure I mentioned this. My stance on that hasn't changed in the same way I wouldn't have let the Wave Existence from Xenogears in.

It could also potentially be argued that direct interference by the one running the contest to flatly prevent what is, with the current circumstances, a somewhat logical argument would make the contest less legitimate, rather than more.

Could you please point out to me the part of the rules saying that the Doctor with TARDIS can't win?
Because I sure can't find it. No additional rulings, just in the rules.
The rules reference two characters fighting. Not three or any other number.
