Dark Schneider has sufficient feats and is defeatable. Gurren Lagann loses to Anti-Spiral, who loses to other characters, and so on. There's exactly zero characters with insufficient feats in this bracket, too (name one. I dare you. Evangeline has feats, so do Urza and Time Trapper, for example). Just because you're unhappy at seeing them doesn't mean they don't have a place in a bracket. The contest is about the most *powerful* character after all, not the most powerful one except where the organizer's whims say no, they can't make it in. By contrast, the Doctor runs on fanboy logic, which is explicitly banned by the rules and thus there is no point in letting him in.
