Teleport spam is not a good tactic against Tor. Remember - this is not a fight the player is playing. Zero does not have the advantage of seeing himself from a third person perspective. Given that the majority of Tor's attacks follow fairly indirect patterns (firing something that explodes behind you and comes back, projectiles that alter trajectory repeatedly, attacks that loosely home in from above or come from the ground, etc), you probably don't want to be teleporting when you won't even be able to see the missile you just stepped in the path of, and this guy fills a lot of space with his attacks. Unless Zero has magical knowledge of things he can't perceive in any way, he's going to get himself blasted by trying to jump through attacks he can't track.
