Since he's been Nightwing for pretty much the entire post Crisis era since the mid-80s, I mean who'd be making those Robin complaints about Dick in our lifetimes? Tim sure.
Right, but in every form of media they always start with Dick Grayson as Robin. Adam West TV show, the movies, cartoons, all the various Batman Year One specials we never get enough of it.
Also, Ultimates Comics: The Ultimates #2 was surprisingly awesome, and had a great jab at Mark Millar with his "YOU THINK THIS A ON MY FOREHEAD STANDS FOR FRANCE!?"
