I don't think you can really consider this as mobility. It's used for transversing distances between towns and can't be used for any precise movements.

I dunno anything about Akemi's durability. PSI Flash can flat-out kill targets (>70% success on targets who aren't immune I think) so it's possible that could end things instantly. Paralysis and Hypnosis are very accurate if the target isn't immune (I think it's >90%), but I dunno how these game mechanics-y things translate into this. If you allow rolling HP then Ness can launch at least one (probably two) offensive spells off before he needs to heal himself.


But Ness doesn't need to be precise. He just needs to get the hell out of the way. >_>

And it's not like it isn't cancelable, either.
