Did you like Demon's Souls? Because it's the exact same thing, but with a metroid style interconnecting open world instead of the stage by stage format of the original. Normal enemies a tougher, bosses are easier, there's checkpoints now. The crafting system seems a lot more streamlined that before and the new conveant system gives invading and summoning other players more interesting.
also no story relation to Demon's Souls The only thing the two share is that there's one NPC who's in both games.
