literally can't use spiral power, no. doesn't copy the source, doesn't copy the power, doesn't copy any power even. just outdoes 'em in specs because he's that kind of an arrogant dick. no reason it'd include any activated powerups, but fi any of 'em are combat oriented it really wouldn't mean much by default. if on the other hand you have means of disabling, or some really bizarre techniques in you, he'd be screwed. main way to win is to outsmart him and to have a good bag of tricks. fits for NoN Lelouch well there.
