The Anti-Spiral wouldn't go that far at first. He'd try to match Lelouch, but he wouldn't get the Geass/Wired defense so Lelouch could use The Zero to destroy him infinitely, or use The Ice to freeze him in time or something.
Which wouldn't really stop him though. That's the wonder of (anti) hot-blooded energy.
There's also another issue: Antispiral is too big for Lelouch. None of us can see a galaxy from the point we stand at. Neither can Lelouch see a being MUCH bigger than a galaxy.
