Yeah Red, you had a good first match and he as the output to win this match, but he doesn't have much of a shot against this time freeze hax.

Also, it's hard to take that feat and use it to argue "OMG super Red durability". Sure the attack can be seen hitting for a little bit, but his Pokemon are clearly absorbing most of the damage for him unless you want to believe that Red is more durable than his Pokemon. So still impressive, but not really amazing, if Homura opens with a time freeze barrage, he's not getting any of his pokemon out, and he's not surviving.
