Seiya can't regenerate from the Sun if it reduces his will to nothing!
And even if it's in his personality to speedblitz, that sure didn't stop him from winning his match against Buu. Even if he should stand no chance, you can't deny that he's going to at least get a good amount of votes.
If the Host won here I don't see anyone posing much of a threat to him.
