I offer it all the time, usually I get met with hyper-defensiveness.
Look at how that whirlybird kid acted in Commodore's topic earlier today. Instead of getting help for his aspergers and learning proper social order, he'd rather do the "YOU HURT ME FEELINGS STOP MAKING FUN OF ME OR I TELL ON YOU" crap.
