Because I am inspired, time to see what kind of lame (awesome) powers Heart has.

Heartbreakers, Lesser:

Name: The Power of Love

MP Cost: 6 MP
Effect: 0.75*MAG damage + 0.75*MAG damage healed.
Description: Help an ally stand with your kind touch and support, and smash the bastard who did that to him in the first place. No credit card needed to buy this skill.

Name: Heartseeker
EP Value: 5
Target: Single Enemy
MP Cost: 6 MP
Effect: 1.5*STR damage .
Description: Fire an arrow bound to strike its target down from a bow with the color of a cherry tree's blossoms. Poking allies with it is unlikelyo help make any friends.

Name: Heart of Stone
EP Value: 6
Target: Single Ally
MP Cost: No Cost (Cooldown: 3)
Effect: DEF Up 8 points (2 turns) + RES Up 4 points (2 turns).
Description: Past experiences leave scars. On the heart, those scars stop anything from getting through.

Name: Care Stare
EP Value: 9
Target: Single Enemy
MP Cost: 10 HP
Effect: 2.0*MAG (Charge Time: 1) + Niche Dismantling 25% (Mystical).
Description: Love hurts. When you hit a poor sap with a beam of pure love, it hurts bad.

Name: Heal The Heartache
EP Value: 8
Target: Single Ally
MP Cost: 12.50% Max HP (Per Turn, must be able to pay the full cost)
Effect: Regeneration 10% (4 turns).
Description: Every wound heals. By taking in your ally's pain, you mend his wounds.

Name: Whole-Hearted Attack
EP Value: 10
Target: Single Enemy
MP Cost: 5 MP
Effect: 1.25*STR+MAG Deadly damage + Dual Tech
Description: Give this attack your all. Use every ounce of pain and sadness you've felt as motivation to completely trash your enemy.

Soulbonds, Lesser

Name: Amity of Alliance
EP Value: 5
Target: N/A
MP Cost: N/A
Effect: Increase the effect of heals and barriers by 15% when used as part of a Dual Tech.
Description: Work together with your friends to achieve great results. Combined, your efforts are equal to more than the sum of their parts.

Name: We're All In This Together
EP Value: 18
Target: N/A
MP Cost: N/A
Effect: For double the usual cost of a Dual Tech, a character with no Dual Techs may participate in a team attack (or start one). This cost stacks per player additively, so triple price is paid if two characters with no Dual Techs participate, quadruple price for three, etc. This includes the Hero of Heart if he doesn't use a Dual Tech to participate. You must be present at the battle to provide this ability.
Description: The connections between your allies have become amazingly deep. You begin to act as a team on instinct, with you as the lynchpin.

Name: I Fight For My Friends
EP Value: 9
Target: Self
MP Cost: None.
Effect: When an ally reaches 25% health or less, POW Up 25% (3 turns). This bonus can stack with itself, but the same player cannot trigger it two turns in a row.
Description: When the lives of those you trust are on the line, you never hesitate - with a stirring shout and a masterful strike, you dive into the fray.

Name: Soul Brothers/Soul Sisters
EP Value: 10
Target: Self/Single Ally
MP Cost: 100% Max MP
Effect: Combines HP pools of ability user and target same-gender character until the end of the battle. Until the combined pool drops to 0, both characters will be able to fight normally. May be used more than once, if used on a different target. Multitarget healing abilities heal 50% less for each player after the first.
Description: You've got a deep connection to one of your fellow players. As long as he or she is game, so are you.
