Jax only has one skill that works with dodge, though granted, it's a huge part of his gameplay. I wonder what they'll do.
Sivir is piss-easy to fix though. Make Q good again, reduce W number of bounces to 3, up her range to standard carry values (550), make sure the bounces use reduced range. Might be hard to code, but otherwise...yeah, easy enough. Her kit is good, it just needs number tweaks.
