When Mer entered the door in Doom's heel, he found it empty but for the dead body of Chrono1219. However, he heard voices echoing. The noise was coming from a nearby corridor, so Mer went in that direction.
At the start of the corridor he stepped in something. "euw..."
It was a Turkey dropping. "Huh," Mer said. "Well I saw a Turkey with them so let's go in that direction," Mer surmised, sashaying down the hall.

ScareChan, meanwhile, was still having a wonderful time launching all kinds of weapons. He fired jets of compressed water, lazers, bombs, shoes, women, everything he could at Alec but nothing was getting through. Fortunately he had in infinite supply - Doom was wearing a bandana - but it was getting to be frustrating.
With one finger ScareChan kept up the assault, getting more and more annoyed by what Alec was doing on camera - he was now drinking Whiskey while stopping the firing of the weapons. With the other hand ScareChan opened up a channel to the Moonbase, getting into contact with PirateKing2000.
"Hey bro, could you maybe aim your lazer at the clown in front of my base? He's kind of ruining things for me."
"Sure mang," said PirateKing. "What setting should I use?"
"ALL OF THE SETTINGS!" roared ScareChan suddenly, pressing the "fire s***" button more aggressively as his frustration grew.
"OK, OK, jeez..." said PirateKing, as he and Speedyoshi began calibrating the lazer of doom. todbot was still washing his face.

Team Christmas were in the leg elevator. It took them up past Doom's crotchal reason before for some reason arbitrarily stopping at the heart area. It could not go any further, either.
"I guess we'll have to take a new elevator to get to the top," said Oxbridge thoughtfully.
Team Christmas extricated themselves from the lift. They found themselves in another winding corridor and followed it around and around in a looping maze until they discovered that they were utterly and hopelessly lost. This was a shame, but they then realized that they had three ex-TNUC members on their side. However, JeffRaze facepalmed when he saw that Boko and Dante were simply playing a game of slaps.
He instead turned to Oxbridge who was reading an ancient papyrus scroll. This was quite entertaining, given that he had seemingly pulled the papyrus from absolutely nowhere, but there were more pressing matters.
"Hey Oxbridge," said JeffRaze. "Do you know where we go from here?"
"Yes, I was just reading the map," said Oxbridge, indicating the ancient scroll.
"That's the map?"
"Yep."
"Huh."
There was a brief pause.
"Well, what does it say?" demanded Nio.
"It says we should go through that door."
"Oh yeah, that door. Seems familiar," said Dante, lowering his guard and allowing Tom to slap him so hard in the face that his head did a full 360-degree turn.
