Kassadin is in a weird spot right now.
He stomps on every mid in existence, has great burst, and has an improved flash on a 7 second cooldown max. There's not much they can do to change him that wouldn't completely ruin his play style, but as it stands, it's either ban him or pick him immediately and make the enemy screw their comp up to compensate.
