Easiest characters to carry solo queue with are top laners and junglers. Without question. Maybe AP carry but I can't really comment on that. Bot lane has the least influence on the game in the first 20 minutes. At least that's my opinion.
Jungle ganks drastically change the dynamics of the lane, and the entire reason solo top champions exist is to farm their asses off to get their ridiculous builds up. The sooner that happens, the better. Mid is pretty important as well, but comebacks are easier once builds start getting completed.
Bot lane only makes an impact of one of them feeds like crazy to a snowball champion like Tristana. Feed Tristana, game over.
