ITT, bad players hating because they suck.
UMvC3 is, except for Wesker, a real solid game. The cast is balanced, nobody sucks horribly (except Hsien-Ko), and saying it has low execution or a low-skill ceiling means you didn't try to get real meter out of your combos or big meterless damage. Call me when you can pull off a decent Mad Beast combo, or Rocket Raccoon's boulder loop, or Dieminion style zoning. Until then, don't complain about low execution! The game is one of the most forgiving yet most fun fighters ever, and people crying about touch-of-death combos are too scrubby to realize the game has a hard cap on maximum damage you can inflict equal to 33% of your total health.
Actually X-23 can do more then 33% with meter if you use Dirt Nap well. characters that can counter overheads can also counter the character coming in after a death so...you wrong.
