1 or 2(Namely Viper and Modok) characters being hard to use doesn't make the game not easy. The confirms are incredibly lenient and Hitstun borders on dumb at times(namely any of the stagering moves). Everyone else is pretty straightforward or slightly gimmicky, bit nothing compared to the aforementioned 2 here.
The balance changes didn't do anything really except make Capt decent again. Wesker lost his long range confirm but gained a mini XF1(and I swear they made some of his normals goofier, but I can't confirm this), Dark Phoenix is still durr because XF is still dumb(it was never about Phoenix anyways). Logan is still braindead he just lost his replaceable BFF and invincible mixup(granted THIS was the main thing that made him stupid in 3), Dante is still dumb(but unlike the other 3, he does require effort).
Remeber guys, Marvel fighters were always stupid and dumb. That's why they're fun in their strange wacky way.
Also screw the 1 frame links in SF4, those things are terrible.
