You can do 66% damage if you catch an assist, but that's the fault of your opponent.
Chun's lightning legs assist is very good for lockdown, so having her as your anchor isn't a bad idea. I recommend experimenting a bit to find the other 2 characters. Dr. Doom and Ammy are good for the second slot.
