Dean Thomas
Neither are really central characters, but Dean has done more stuff, including being captured by the same group that captured Harry in DH
Ack! You're RIGHT! I completely forgot.
Being a member of La Resistánce puts him just over his opponent in that case.
Switch to Dean Thomas
Oh, hah, somehow I completely forgot that Dean was in the Malfoy Manner dungeon scene. (Granted, he's alongside Luna, Olivander, and Griphook; lots of people would be forgettable next to those three).
Yeah, Dean seems like the correct vote on paper. But damn, is it just me, or does he manage to be unusually forgettable? Like...I think he might actually crack the top 10 screentime for Hogwarts students, and on-paper in somewhat exciting ways (fleeing/capture, dating, quidditch). But he fails to stand out to me, to the point that Seamus Finnigan might stand out more, which Finnigan really shouldn't give that he's little more than a racial stereotype (he's irish, and will fistfight you if you insult his mother!!!!)
