I always laugh when people preach about supporting the troops, when they don't know about a good deal of what some of our troops are actually doing overseas. They are on record murdering entire families for fun, raping children for days with objects soaked in battery acid (true story), and there are literally hundreds of videos of our troops killing animals for fun. Remember the video where our military threw a puppy off a cliff and laughed about it, then so-called conservative groups tried saying the video was fake? Remember when Rush Limbaugh came out after the torture images from Abu-Ghraib and guys like Rush Limbaugh (a draft dodger) said they were just blowing off some steam? Yeah, because everyone rapes and tortures and murders 4 year-olds in front of their parents to blow of some steam.
Not that you'll ever see this stuff in United States news (notice the .uk in the link) of course, since the USA is basically 1984 these days, but I assure you this stuff is being reported on all over the rest of the world and we are correctly seen as butchers, occupiers and empire-builders because of it.
Oh and the number 1 job these psychopaths get when their military contract is finally over? Police officer. It's not all of our troops doing this, of course, but a good deal of them are absolute raving lunatics out of the pit of hell itself and deserve to get thrown into prison for their war crimes. Some of them seriously paint 666 on their armored cars and drive around cities shooting up the locals for fun. I don't even remember why we went to the Middle East in the first place, though I suspect it has to do with the Israeli Lobby dictating a majority of American foreign policy.
For the foreign users here: Does this stuff regularly show up in the news in your country? We hardly ever see it in the USA, because we're led to believe our troops can do no wrong.
