'Evidence.' We have a variety of rumors that are hard to glean much reliable information from. I can't imagine Nintendo will settle for 512MB of RAM or a GPU comparable to the 360 when there is better tech out there that is both practical and cost effective. You don't need to be bleeding edge to outdo the 360.
This is Nintendo we're talking about. And obviously not. 360 is almost 6 years old now.
