Halo, i could give you Community because I ****ing love community and I guess I'm not familiar enough with Parks and Rec to judge that one, but I guess I just don't agree with Scrubs, on the whole. It is a top tier sitcom, I just don't see it as Friends tier in terms of rewatchability.
I also think it is kind of unfair to hold "laughtrack" against Friends. Friends was shot and produced in an entire different time and things have changed a lot since then. But the inclusion of a laughtrack doesn't exactly change what made Friends good. The same episodes sans laughtrack would still amuse me and make me laugh.
Is it vaguely annoying after we've been spoiled by shows like Community and HIMYM? I suppose. But it's also something that it's much too late to change. You wouldn't hate on an amazing classic movie for being in black and white.
