Unless you read reviews in your spare time, in which case, I might want to recommend more productive hobbies.
Well yeah in that part of the letter he was talking about how most of the time, reviews are read by people who have already made a decision to buy or not buy the game. A good review for those people should challenge their already-established opinions to make sure they really believe what they think they believe.
