Here's Wikipedia's article featuring past presidential rankings:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historical_rankings_of_Presidents_of_the_United_States

Obama has only been ranked once so far, coming in at #15 in a poll conducted by the Siena Research Institute. Averaging all major polls/surverys, here are the aggregate top 10:

1. Lincoln
2. FDR
3. Washington
4. Jefferson
5. T. Roosevelt
6. Wilson
7. Truman
8(t). Jackson
8(t). Eisenhower
10. Polk

Jefferson's embargoes were ludicrous. He's more impressive for being the figurehead of the Democrat-Republican party and the ideals contained in the Declaration.
