Cersei manages to get a Kingsguard knight to take out Tyrion.
And if Cersei hadn't manuevered complete incompetents into the Kingsguard prior to the start of the books, she might have had someone who wouldn't have gotten killed by f***ing Podrick Payne.
And Tyrion being out of action was completely irrelevant. Tywin had the upper hand regardless.
