Bow left definitely seems right. Why would you switch it for each game?
I think I originally put the bow on right when it got it for the first time 14 years ago, and just kept it there since on OoT, where as on MM with its vast amounts of changing equipment I just ended up getting comfortable with it on Left. Probably cause you use the OoT alot more in MM than you do in OoT, where you use the Bow alot more than the Ocarina.
