Left: Bow (Slingshot)
Center: Wildcard (usually Ocarina)
Right: Hookshot (Boomerang)
I keep the Ocarina in the center because that center is unique from the left/right (left/right are, well... left/right, they're linked like that), and the Ocarina is unique from the bow/hookshot in that it's the only one that can't be used for combat.
This is my setup too.
