Open Custom.css
Paste the two lines in there and save it.
div.pod.board_wrap p {display:none !important;}
div.pod.body.board_wrap p {display:none !important;}
Reset Chrome.

The ignore feature is useless to me because I don't like only getting one half of a conversation.
For instance, the wrestling topic will occasionally entertain MWC because occasionally he is rational there. So it's a pain in that regard, because it's like "what am I gaining here?" All that's happening is I'm out of the discussion loop in a community where I enjoy the discussion >_>
I would use it all the time but for me it has to be a kind of unilateral thing - as in, EVERYBODY does it - because otherwise my curioristy just gets the better of me.
I do understand that. And I tried to rationalize that for a long time. But instead I left for like four or five months because I found myself legitimately being bothered by these two people. I didn't get mad, but I found myself thinking about it with a negative connotation, you know, outside of GameFAQs. And I don't like that. I'd rather just assume they don't exist. They don't really contribute anyway, so I'm not missing anything. It's not a controversial user who is a troll or anything like that.
